The Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster® (CSP-SM) program is an immersive exploration of the Scrum Master role, building on your experience as a Scrum Master to take it to the next level. The CSP-SM course will deepen and strengthen your appreciation for the impact a strong Scrum Master will have on a team and across an organization.
You will spend time practicing advanced coaching and facilitation skills, learning how to launch and guide new teams to high performance, and guide the Product Owner team for large products. The course provides a deep dive into how to handle multiple teams working on a large-scale product from the perspective of the Scrum Master. Finally, you will uncover how the Scrum Master influences agility at scale, from a change management perspective and selecting the right scaling frameworks.
Becoming a Certified Scrum Professional® opens a gateway to becoming a Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC), a Certified Team Coach® (CTC), or a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST).
