The Vision to Value: Backlog Refinement class is an immersive investigation into product ownership and the challenges that are faced with backlog management. The course is delivered in partnership with EBG Consulting with a focus on product value, team collaboration, and advanced product backlog management techniques. IncrementOne’s interactive classes are designed to maximize engagement, understanding and retention, blending lecture and classroom discussion with exercises, games, case studies and simulations.
