The Certified Agile Leadership® for Teams (CAL®-E/T/O) training is an immersive exploration of agile leadership essentials and the underlying leadership values and practices critical for building high performing teams. While focusing on the role of an Agile Leader, this training also provides an opportunity to learn about how Scrum and agile supports the organizational change necessary to deliver business value.
